Our Golf Ball Cleaner Towel is far-and-away one of our most loved products. It's no doubt one of the best golf accessories around. So much so, we couldn't sell our first batch quick enough. The 'back in stock' requests were pouring in for our Golf Ball Cleaning Towel once they were out of stock. So the good news is they're back, the great news is they're back. Bigger and better than ever.
Now, we don't want to get ahead of ourselves too much and say that we invented a Golf Ball Cleaning Towel... but we did... we invented them. In our minds we did anyway.
Born from a scenario that all golfers can relate to...
You've hit a beautiful golf shot, and you've landed yourself right in the middle of the golf green. You walk up and perch your golf bag on the edge of the golf green, walk to your golf ball with just your putter in hand. Once you get you your golf ball you see that it's covered in god knows what... In the winter it's mud, in the summer it's either sand or grass clippings. And your golf bag towel is where you left your golf bag.... 50 yards away off the green.
Therefore, we invented a golf towel that could come with you wherever you went. A pocket size golf towel that fits comfortably in your pocket, and we very cleverly named it our Golf Ball Cleaner Towel. So now, when you arrive at your golf ball after hitting a beauty of a golf shot on to the green, you can reach into your pocket and whip out your Golf Ball Cleaner Towel.
And better yet, now that they're back in stock, we've got some killer new golf bundles back in stock as well. We absolutely loved them. They were solving the exact issue we set out to solve. But as we lived with them for a bit, we noticed a few things that we'd have potentially done differently. So, we've made those changes and we've launched our bigger, better, Golf Ball Cleaner Towel.
Twice the height. More than twice as good.
We've doubled the height of the Golf Ball Cleaner Towel to change it from a rectangle to a square. The older rectangle golf ball cleaner towel felt a little bit too small, so the additional height now means that you can give your ball a proper wrap.
Goodbye eyelet
We've done away with the metal eyelet on our Golf Ball Cleaner Towel for the core reason – we didn't like how it felt when you were cleaning your golf ball. It just felt like it could potentially scratch your golf ball whilst you were cleaning it. It just simply... got in the way. So it's gone. It was always there for people to hook it onto their belt loop or on to their golf bag, and for those people, we've added a fabric hook in it's place. No more scratchy, still plenty of clippy.
